Now, we have one non-woven fabric factory with the production capacity of about 400 metric tons of non-woven fabric per month, one screen-printing factory which has four production lines and can print 900,000 pieces of printing swatches per month, and one processing workshop (about 400 workers).As a manufacturer of shopping bags, we keep stocking about 40tons of non-woven fabric with dozens of colors; more ten colors of cotton fabric, and more than ten colors of polyester fabric (190T, 210T, 150D, 420D, 600D). With the strong stock, it becomes possible to supply the customer with a fast lead time. Our principles of making pre-production samples is, for the non-woven/polyester/cotton bags with silk-screen printing, we never collect any pre-production sample charges on customers. Now for making samples, our lead time is within 3days only. Sometimes, only one day. Our target is, make us the best bag-manufacturing people.
